Daniel has taught at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and at the New York Film Academy’s Musical Theatre Conservatory. He is also an accomplished pianist and conductor, whose New York credits include Wicked, On Your Feet!, Avenue Q,and Matilda; touring credits include Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Wizard of Oz and the national concert tour of The Midtown Men: a 60’s rock review show starring the four original stars of Broadway’s Jersey Boys. As composer/lyricist, he has penned original musicals in New York and London, such as Wrong Could Be Right, Miss Humanity, and Queen Bea: A Soapsical (which premiered starring the cast of ABC’s Daytime Drama, One Life to Live.), and the sold-out Off Broadway revue of his music, Four Scores and Seven Shows Ago. His musical Calixte (formerly titled Rise of the King) received a mainstage premiere as part of Festival South 2013 He earned his BA in Music from UCLA, and his MFA in Musical Theatre Writing from NYU.
