Beth Falcone


BETH FALCONE (Composer/Lyricist) is a Kleban Prize winner for Most Promising Lyricist in American Musical Theater. She wrote the music and lyrics for the critically acclaimed musical, Wanda's World—a musical for the tween in all of us! which had a limited run Off-Broadway and was nominated for two Lortels, including Best Musical, and a Drama Desk Award. Wanda’s World is currently available for licensing through Theatrical Rights Worldwide, has had numerous productions throughout the country, and is being released on Broadway Records with a star-studded cast. You can see Beth this February in "She Will Rock You", a benefit concert for Maestra, at 54 Below. She has been featured in the annual Bound for Broadway (Merkin Hall) and in Lincoln Center Library’s Future Broadway Songbook. Beth received an Honorable Mention in the John Lennon Songwriting Contest for her song “We Choose Love” which was performed at the Pennsylvania Inaugural Gala celebration in Washington, DC, in 2008, earning her a cherished place in the festivities. She is a member of the BMI Lehman Engel Musical Theater Workshop, a recipient of the Harrington Award for Outstanding Creative Achievement and is a Dramatist's Guild Musical Theater Fellow. She is a singing voice specialist and the Voice Department Chair at Circle in the Square Theater School in Manhattan.
